Thank you for purchasing LottoCash. We want you to feel confident trying our lottery analysis platform. This page explains how refunds work for purchases processed through Digistore24, our authorized reseller and payment processor.

- 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 60 calendar days from your purchase date.
- Seller of Record: All payments are processed by Digistore24. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Digital Access: Upon refund approval, access to the product and related files may be revoked.
This policy applies to purchases of LottoCash via Digistore24. If you bought through a different marketplace, please follow that marketplace's refund process.
How to Request a Refund
Please follow any of the options below (choose one):
- Via Digistore24 Receipt: Open your purchase confirmation email from Digistore24 and click the "Order Support" or "Access/Change Order" link. You can submit your refund request directly there.
- Via Digistore24 Support: Visit the Digistore24 Help/Support page and provide your order number, purchase email, and product name ("LottoCash").
- Via Our Support: Email us at xglobalcontact@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and purchase email. We will coordinate with Digistore24 to process your refund.
Eligibility Window
- Refunds are available within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Requests made after 60 days are generally not eligible under this policy.
- If applicable, statutory consumer withdrawal rights (e.g., EU/UK) remain unaffected; our 60-day window is a voluntary extension for your convenience.
What Is Covered
- LottoCash (digital product and platform access) purchased via Digistore24.
- Duplicate purchases of the same product made in error (we may verify duplication with Digistore24).
What Is Not Covered
- Purchases made outside Digistore24 or via unauthorized resellers.
- Orders where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected (including excessive refund patterns or sharing of access credentials).
- Any third-party tools or products not included in your Digistore24 order.
- Refund requests based on lottery losses or not winning the lottery (LottoCash is an analysis tool, not a guarantee of winnings).
Digital Access on Refund
Our product is delivered digitally. When a refund is approved, your access to the LottoCash platform will be disabled and any license to use the software is revoked. Please delete local copies of any materials after a refund is issued.
Processing Time & Method
- Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method.
- Once approved, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit (timing may vary by country and provider).
- Currency conversions and bank fees are controlled by your provider and are outside our control.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, the order may be locked during the investigation. We recommend contacting Digistore24 support or emailing us first at xglobalcontact@gmail.com so we can help resolve your request faster under this Refund Policy.
EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content contract within 14 days unless you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights.
